Copyright & Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you post on Chill Ghill. However, by posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display your content in connection with operating and promoting the platform.

Our Content

All content on Chill Ghill, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of Chill Ghill or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws.

Copyright Infringement

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe your copyright has been infringed, please contact us at support@chillghill.com with detailed information about the alleged infringement.

Account Termination

By You

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon deletion, your content will be removed from public view, though some data may be retained for legal or operational purposes.

By Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Violate these Terms and Conditions
  • Post prohibited content
  • Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
  • Harm other users or the platform
  • Repeatedly receive complaints from other users

Platform Usage Rights

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Chill Ghill for personal, non-commercial purposes.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue monetization programs at any time. Payments are subject to our payment terms and applicable tax laws.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
